There is no medium leakage or leakage on both sides, and no leakage means that the three-piece all-inclusive ball valve has good sealing performance.
Second, the test attention
The premise for the accurate results of the intermediate pressure test includes the following points:
1. During the test operation, the high temperature three-piece all-inclusive ball valve needs to be filled with medium, and it must be a liquid medium, such as water or kerosene, so that the pressure in the three-piece all-inclusive ball valve cavity reaches the specified value.
2. The sealing surface and the sealing parts on both sides of the three-piece all-inclusive ball valve should be kept clean, and be careful not to be scratched by the edge during operation.
3. The high-temperature three-piece all-inclusive ball valve is used in the pipeline. If the direction of medium transmission has been specified, the intermediate pressure test should also be applied according to the prevailing medium.
4. The sealing performance of the valve device is limited by the intermediate pressure test, and it is only suitable for checking the three-piece all-inclusive ball valve with a nominal diameter of DN32 or more.
